- Do you need access to my water?
No, we bring everything needed to get the job done right! This includes water, electricity, professional-grade products, and exceptional customer service. All we ask for is a safe spot to work, like your driveway or a parking lot.
- Where are you located?
StarWash is proud to call Springboro home! We service a wide area throughout the Dayton and Cincinnati regions, including Springboro, Centerville, Kettering, Beavercreek, Oakwood, Riverside, West Chester, Mason, and Cincinnati.
- Do I need to drop my car off to you?
Not at all! We are a fully mobile service and come to you—whether it’s your home or office. For situations like bad weather or customer preference, we can also pick up your vehicle, detail it at our facility, and return it to you.
- Can you detail more than one car at a time?
Absolutely! We’re equipped to detail multiple vehicles as long as they’re scheduled in advance. Plus, we offer discounts for multiple vehicles! You can organize group detailing at your office or in your neighborhood and even earn a FREE detail. Contact us to learn more!
- How far will you drive for a job?
We proudly service the Dayton and Cincinnati regions. For locations beyond a 20-mile radius of Springboro, there’s a $25 trip charge.
- It’s raining, can my car still be detailed?
Yes! If you’re within our pick-up area, we’ll gladly pick up your vehicle, detail it in our Springboro garage, and return it to you. Please note, this may add 20–40 minutes to your service time for travel.
- Is steam cleaning necessary if I have leather seats and/or rubber floor mats?
We highly recommend steam cleaning for both leather seats and rubber floor mats. For leather, steam removes oils and dirt while opening air holes to maintain breathability. For rubber mats, it eliminates dirt, salt, and allergens while leaving a fresh, clean scent.
- What’s the difference between a Full Detail and an Inside/Out detail?
A Full Detail includes everything in an Inside/Out Detail, plus a clay bar and wax application for the exterior and steam cleaning for the interior. Explore our services here.
